The AESI conference took place at the National University of Ireland Galway on Thursday 12 May and Friday 13 May 2022

On Friday, the conference featured a panel session on Agriculture and Climate Change, and the Presidential Address was be given by Dr Kevin Hanrahan (Teagasc).

Verena Scherfranz from the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) Vienna won the Bob O’Connor prize for her presentation “Revealing farmers’ perceptions towards private, public and community stakeholders for biodiversity-related decision-making via Perception Matrices”
